ULS will continue to service these discontinued lasers for the life of the laser and will make a good faith effort, with no guarantee, to repair your laser to meet original specifications. Additionally, warranty is not available for lasers returned to you that could not be reprocessed to meet specifications.
For basic-air lasers, should the laser not be repairable, you may request to have the laser replaced with an integrated air-cooled laser of the same wattage at an additional fee.July 2020
